We recommend Clear Choice whole-heartedly. Mo is a pleasure to work with and he is a person of integrity. He showed up when he said he would, and worked around our schedule.
I interviewed and got bids from 8 vendors and looked at 4 different types of windows. LBL seemed to give the best quality, even though they were slightly more expensive. The use of metal wheels instead of plastic, the better seal between the panes, the stronger latching system... all added up to a superior product.
Similarly, in analyzing the 8 bids, I was looking for knowledge of the industry, honesty, professionalism, glowing references, and, most importantly, experience. The best window is useless if it is not installed properly.
I found all of those qualities in Clear Choice and Mo was willing to work with me and be creative in solving the "remodel budget" problem.

Every time we walk into our house we are so impressed by our new windows and the quality of work you have completed in our home.
We bought an older house (if you call 1964 old) that needed all the windows replaced. We had never replaced windows in a house. Mohsen from Clear Choice introduced us to LBL windows and we started working with Clear Choice to install the windows. Now that the windows are installed, we couldn't be happier with our choice.
At the same time of the window installation, we hired Clear Choice to do siding replacement (we had dry rot). This ended up being more then "just a siding replacement" as dry rot was found behind dry rot.
After having the LBL windows installed and siding replaced, we were extremely impressed with Clear Choice and went on to use them to put up a new ceiling in the living room and texture our 3 upstairs bedrooms ceilings. Again, a wise decision as they did an excellent job.
It was so nice to work with Clear Choice because of the following:
• They did exactly what they said they'd do and when needed were flexible to accommodate last minute changes and the unexpected. This was very evident when they started on the siding because more dry rot was found in the house structure behind the siding. Mohsen & his team just took over the situation and fixed everything, which was out of the scope for the original job.
• Dependable – Showed up on time, every time.
• Took the time to answer all of our questions, and believe us, we had a lot of questions, since windows & siding replacement were new to us.
• Flexible to meet us at many different times of the day. We both work outside the home and needed to work with someone that we could work and talk with outside of the normal 8am to 5pm day.
• Very courteous and professional team.
• Finally and most importantly, Clear Choice takes pride in its work. Bottom line, Mohsen always made sure things were done right and to our satisfaction. And, now we are finishing a job having Anderson Windows installed in our living room and carpet installed. We decided to use Mohsen & crew again because of the quality of work! We sincerely want to thank Clear Choice for their hard work and dedication to creating our home.

I can't tell you how much we like our windows! Words do not explain. Not only are they beautiful to look at, but they are also great windows. We have already noticed the difference in the coolness of house with the high temperatures we have had. The EPI windows are a quality product. I especially like my frosted bathroom window.
Mohsen and his crew are more than professionals. Mohsen's presentation and answers when asked (I asked a lot!) were very educated. He knew his product well. When the installers came out and installed the windows, you could tell they knew their craft. Not only did they install 6 windows in half of a day, but watching them do the caulking was worth it. What craftsman! When they finished, they not only cleaned up, but also washed ALL my windows. Inside and out. Just wanted to let you know how much I'm enjoying the new LBL windows. It's so nice to wake up in the morning and not have to spend the next 10 minutes soaking up the water condensations the way I used to have to do with my old aluminum frame windows. And, the new vinyl-frame windows look so much better then the old frames too. I've also noticed there are far fewer drafts in the house.
