Dear Mo and Clear Choice Construction,
It has been two months since you have installed our new LBL Windows. My wife and I love them. They have upgraded the look of our house. They are no more cold drafts, condensation and mold associated with our windows. Our heating furnace doesn't come on as often nor stay an as long. The neighborhood noise has been reduced. Most importantly for us. We no longer hide our windows behind our curtains or blinds like we did with our aluminum / storm windows. Now our LBL windows give us a wonderful view of our backyard.
When our daughter accidentally broke one of our windows, I knew it was time to replace the original 30-year-old single-pane windows before winter. I called several window replacement companies in the Portland area. Clear Choice was the only company to respond to my inquiries. For our convenience Mo came to our home to present the various window options. During his presentation, Mo did not pressure us. He simply answered our questions with honesty. I could tell that Mo believed in the LBL window because of how they are constructed. The closeness of the manufacturer and their lifetime warranty.
After purchasing the windows came their installation. Mo was punctual arriving to install the windows on the day and at time he said he would. Mo was attentive to the details of installing the windows. Before ordering the new windows he measured the old windows twice inside and out. He and partner carefully removed the old windows without making a big mess. After installing the new windows his attention to detail turned to leveling them for optimal operation and seal. He finished the installation with precise caulking and hand washing the windows. He cleaned up and hauled away the old windows. He was able to install nine windows in two days (3 of the windows were nine feet long). I consider MO more then a window installer. He turned window installation into an art.
Because of the quality of work and friendliness of Mo and Clear Choice Windows and doors, I have no qualms about recommending him to anyone considering replacing their windows, decks, doors (infact I already have recommended Mo to some of my friends). I also have a few future house projects where I know I will again use Mo's expertise. I am available and happy to talk with anyone regarding Mo and Clear Choice and the quality of work they have done at my house. And if you happen to be a fisherman, Mo might enlighten you as to the location of some of his favorite fishing holes. Such incredible service.

We needed to have 6 of our large windows replaced including two high ceiling, irregularly shaped windows. I called several window replacement companies - two never called me back and one didn'ât call me until the next week! Mohsen Salama not only called me back the same day, but also arranged to give us a presentation at our convenience.
After Mohsen's Presentation, we chose the LBL Windows. We needed windows that would prevent the direct sun from heating up the house in the summer. After the replacement, we noticed the difference immediately from using the LBL windows, just as Mohsen had described. Of course, the new windows made the whole house look better as well as help regulate the inside temperature.
All of the Clear Choice Staff not only did a great job replacing the windows, but also acted friendly and professional at all times. Of equal importance, to me anyway, is the fact that Mohsen called when he said he would call, and showed up when he said he would show up!

Brian and I wanted to share with you our sincerest thank you for the two windows you and your crew installed for us! We have been so impressed with the improvements the windows made to not only the appearance of our home but also the noticeable difference in the insulation of both rooms as a result of the new windows.
Brian and I also wanted to express our gratitude for the extensive research you did on the Likes and material as well as the various types of glass that were available to us.
