This brief note is to express my sincere appreciation for a job well done and for the end product, I am very pleased. The project involved the LBL windows, which Mohsen Salama and his assistance installed in my home a short time ago.
To begin with, each of the seven windows appeared to be of excellent quality and well made. It is a pleasure to open and close the windows now; they glide so smoothly and it is a great feeling, too, to know that they lock securely, besides they act as noise barrier, at the same time.
I am completely satisfied with Mohsen Salama's work ethics, attitude and professionalism from beginning to end. He took the time to fully explain the construction and performance of the windows, as well as secure exact measurement.

We had a rather extensive replacement of 19 windows and doors at our home and found that Mohsen Salama was a pleasure to do business with. This job was a large one with difficulties encountered due to the fact that some existing Windows were previously installed incorrectly by another company years ago and had to be re-installed. Mohsen and his crew handled this work and the new windows installation expertly. In addition some third floor windows were very hard to access and quite large to boot. Mohsen and the crew kept at it until the job was done and done right.
Besides being pleasant to work with, Mohsen is a man of his word and we did not see any of the "unexpected charges" that happen so often with contracted home improvement work. The crew was careful in their work on the premises, and cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished.
It is apparent to me that customer satisfaction ranks second to none with "Mo" and I am pleased to talk further with anyone who wants more details on the scope of work performed at our home and the quality product and installation we received.

Dear Moesun:
We want to thank you for the very fine job you did installing our new LBL windows. We have had them for over 3 months now and enjoying them thoroughly. Whey are everything and more than we expected. We have found that things are clearer when looking from the inside out and very shaded from the outside looking in. The house is definitely not as hot because of the sunblocking the windows have and although you told us that sound from the outside would not be diminished, it is - the sound of trucks and cars (although in our location are not many) passing on the road is cut considerably from what our old windows did. In short, we love these windows! And we have already told our friends about them, so hopefully you will be getting some orders.
Everyone who has seen the windows thinks they make our home look very attractive on both the inside and out.
Regarding the job you did putting them in. You and your team were wonderful! You kept everything spotless the two days you were here. We would recommend you highly to anyone as a proficient, friendly, business man.
