Clear Choice recently replaced two aluminum sliding doors that lead from my living and dinning room to my backyard deck. They did an excellent job installing the new vinyl sliders. Mo was very informative and professional when he came to look at the doors that needed to be replaced and to estimate the job. He was clearly very knowledgeable about this type of installation, came prepared, and offered options. He communicated clearly and honestly, the job went exactly as he explained, and the price was competitive.
The work was completed on schedule and within the estimated budget, and the end result is excellent. Mo and his crew were respectful of my home and family while they were working, and they showed up and finished work each day on time. They left the work area clean. There were a couple of things that did not quite go as expected ( as happens with all the remodeling projects I have been through), but Mo did a great job explaining these issues and resolving them.
I plan to have all the windows in my home replaced eventually. When I do so I will definitely call on Clear Choice Windows & Door. In addition to being knowledgeable and experienced, Mo and his crew are positive, enthusiastic, and pleasant to have around.

I truly feel you are owed a thank you letter.
As you know, after a long decision process, I decided to proceed with replacing all of the wood windows in our house with LBL vinyl windows.
We have been remodeling our entire house for the past few months and have had contractors do most of the work for us. One of the best contractor experiences
has been with Clear Choice. The reasons our experience was so pleasant, can be easily attributed to a
couple of factors:
1) We never saw the construction mess inside our home. All debris and dust was cleaned up daily.
2) You worked "normal" hours and did not disrupt our daily lives.
3) The installation was done exactly as we discussed.
4) All windows were measured accurately
5) The windows are as nice as promised. They work smoothly and the craftsmanship is good.
6) The job was not rushed. While the job actually took more days than initially expected. I could see the level of quality required more time.
My wife and I sincerely appreciate the good job you and your installers did for us. We have already noticed our furnace is not running nearly as much with the new windows.

Dear Mohsen and Clear Choice Windows and Doors, It's been over a year since you have installed new windows in our home. You did an excellent job replacing the original windows and adding three new windows. You and your crew were clean and courteous. You did a great clean up and haul away job.
The windows, which are wonderful LBL Windows with the flush-fin application, are beautiful to look at and have greatly enhanced the beauty of our home, but beauty is not the only thing. These windows are an order of magnitude better then the old ones. We used to feel cold standing next to our old windows. We could feel the heat being sucked out of the house. Now, we can stand right next to our windows without even feeling the cold outside. When we touched the inside windows on a cold day, the glass is barely cooler then the interior of the house. It is simply amazing!
To add to that, your service was the best that we have ever experienced. Some other contractors, which we have dealt, don‚t take women seriously, an experience we have had too many times. You did a great job of answering questions, explaining options, and giving respect to us man or women, in person or on the phone. You were real with both of us, and you won our business.
We don't hesitate to recommend you to anyone we know who are looking for new or replacement windows..

I can't say enough about the positive experience I had working with Mohsen and his crew. I live in a house that has more glass in the living space then walls – It's practically a house made of glass. So when I decided to replace the single pane windows, I got four different bids from contractors. Mohsen was by far the most professional and patient with my many questions. He was always prompt to appointments and returned my many calls in a timely manner. Not only was he the most professional, he turned out to be the most honest with his bid.
Because the glass was framed into my house, replacing all 441 square feet of glass required a highly skilled professional. Mohsen did an outstanding job. In fact, because my windows are framed right into the house and therefore came without frames, the manufacturer would not warranty them. But Mohsen was confident enough in his work to warranty the glass himself.
To top it all off, Mohsen bent over backward to help me get all the necessary documentation to the energy trust to help me get my rebate.
Now I have beautiful new windows and am enjoying reduced utility bills, less street noise. And a much more comfortable winter. I look forward to having Mohsen and his crew replace the glass in my master bedroom.

We recently had four bedroom windows and a sliding glass door replaced with Milgard windows. They are so wonderful and well made that we are planning to replace a couple of large windows in the spring.
The Windows were very reasonably priced and they were installed in a very professional manner. Mo and his crew were very pleasant to have around and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering window replacement. Our only regret is that Clear Choice Windows and Doors doesn't install in new home construction because we would trust him to do the job better than the contractors.

We are happy we chose Certainteed and are amazed at how it's keeping our house cooler on these hot days! You stand in front of a window and don‚t feel that warm air coming in. These new windows won't have to work our central air conditioner as hard now! I love the tinted look from the outside and am noticing less dust!! Now that is nice!!
