Q: Do your windows carry a lifetime guarantee?
A: Yes. All of our window products come with a lifetime guarantee.
Q: What brand of window do you carry?
A: While we can get you most available brands, we have chosen to work with Andersen, Atrium, Certainteed, LbL, Marvin, Milgard and Weathervane. All are known for providing superior quality and unsurpassed customer service.
Q: Are you a licensed contractor?
A: Yes. Clear Choice is fully licensed, bonded and insured to work on residential and multi-family housing projects in both Oregon and Washington.
Q: How long will it take to install my windows?
A: Turnaround time can vary from one window manufacturer to the next. While most manufacturers are producing at high capacity, lead time and installation will vary with the season.
Q: Do your windows feature Low E, argon gas, and Super Spacer?
A: Yes. All of our windows feature Lo E coating and argon gas-filled cavities, and in all our windows, Super Spacer can be added to provide maximum heat retention and energy efficiency.

Q: Will you require access to our home during the installation process?
A: Yes. Proper installation of your new windows requires that we have full access to the inside and outside of your home.
Q: Do your installers have any special professional credentials?
A: Proudly, yes. Our lead installers are certified by both the AAMA (American Architectural Manufacturers Association) and the AWDI (American Window and Door Institute). They are among the few installers certified by both organizations.
